This week will see the 3rd instalment of our very own Handicap race.

Don't worry if you have not done it before as you still have time to run and qualify for points throughout the season.

If you have ran before then please try and remember your race numbers and if it is indeed your first time either see Derek Trueman or Louise Gradon before the session starts to receive your number.

Below is the route of our 5k race.

Please meet for 7 pm start at Biddick Academy and if using the school car park then please remember your £1.
