Option 1 Track session on Biddick School field 
Run Leaders Nick Butchart, Adrian Kelsall & Derek Trueman
A mixture of sprints and tempo running

Option 2 Easy 60 minute trail run
Run Leaders Louise Butchart and Phil Lingwood

Option 3 C25K/Beginners – Mixture of tempo and hill work
Run Leaders Chris Clark & Catriona Lingwood

Please meet at Biddick Academy for 7pm start and if using school car park please remember your £1.

Additionally the new order of hoodies has arrived so if you are wanting and stock bringing can you let me know please.
