This weekend we will be doing a recce of Trail Outlaws Washington 10k race.

Groups 1/2/3 will be doing the full route and the option is there at the end to continue if people would like to do extra miles.

While everyone can either race it or treat it as a social run, Run Leaders Felicity Conlon, Caroline Morgan, Anthony Forster, David Sore, Louise Gradon and Derek Trueman will be present and spread out within the group.

Group 4 will do a light version and will be lead by Joanne Butterworth (if not mortal off the night before) and Keith Thompson. As always there will be plenty of regrouping within this group.

Please meet at Biddick Academy for 9am start and if using school car park please remember your £1.
